Spring has arrived, and young, tender greens can be found all over the market, from and arugula to nettles, fava leaves, and orach. Join CUESA (and us!) for a day of tasting, learning, and cooking with delicious and nutritious leafy greens tomorrow (3/22).
10:00 am-1:00pm: Stop by the CUESA Classroom and get to know the variety of greens at the market. A Little Yumminess (yay! that’s us) will show kids of all ages how to make their own veggie rice paper rolls. Pick up CUESA’s Guide to Greens and recipes.

12:oo pm: Farmer talk and tasting with Grant Brians, Heirloom Organic Gardens
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
